Dr. Vikram Sharma's academic journey began at Yerevan State Medical University, Yerevan, where he completed his MBBS/MD degree. He furthered his education by pursuing a Diploma in Clinical Neurology from University College London in 2001 and obtaining the MRCP in 2021. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology (FAAN).He specializes in a wide range of neurological conditions including stroke, epilepsy, migraine, sleep disorders, cervical and lumbar pain, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, and diabetic neuropathy. Throughout his career, Dr. Sharma has held positions in various hospitals, gaining extensive and diverse experience in neurology. He began his journey as a Neurologist at St. Theresas Hospital, where he quickly rose through the ranks, pioneering advancements in the management of neurological conditions. Dr. Sharma played a pivotal role in introducing thrombolysis for stroke patients and establishing specialized clinics for epilepsy and pain management.His dedication to research is evident through his involvement in numerous studies focusing on stroke, epilepsy, and headache management. Dr. Sharma's contributions were instrumental in the establishment of comprehensive neurosciences departments, facilitating integrated care for patients requiring surgery and advanced radiodiagnosis
