( super-specialization) in GI Surgery and Liver Transplantation from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi(AIIMS).Over the years of his training and practice, he has evaluated, operated upon, and managed many complicated GI Surgical, hepatopancreaticobiliary cases including ex-situ and ante-situm liver resections. He has been a vital part of more than 1000 liver transplants including a high volume of paediatric liver transplantations, other complicated liver transplants including acute liver failure, auxiliary transplants, Swap transplants, ABO-incompatible transplants, combined liver and kidney transplants, and retransplants.
